I want to remove my ex husband from the family account which is mine and paid by me. He is an organizer, I am as well. When I try to remove him, it says I first have to remove his permissions which I can not do. Support can not help me. What to do? The issue is urgent as he can change any settings of my daughter which he is not allowed by court.

    Hello,

You should have the same privileges as the main organizer's account, try removing the "consent" feature from his account before trying to remove him from the family group.
Here's a video you can use as a guide.

I've seen the same issue happen to other users when they're trying to remove their child from the family group to remove the restrictions on their account.

    Hope this helps,

    JC
