When I click on any perticular system in the intune and when I wanted to see the applications it is not visible. I am an intune admin and global admin as well.

Error has been attached.

Note: I have placed in the wrong tag because I did not find the intune or endpoint tag.

Even though you're an Intune Admin and Global Admin, you're unable to view system applications under a device in Intune. This is a known issue affecting multiple tenants, where:

    • Managed apps are not visible under the device profile.
    • The “Discovered apps” tab may also be missing or incomplete.
    • This behavior has been observed across tenants and is not related to permissions.

    🛠 Root Causes & Fixes

    1. Microsoft Service Issue
    • Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and is rolling out a hotfix across impacted tenants. [reddit.com]
    • You can check your Service Health Dashboard (SHD) for updates under incident ID: IT681833.
    1. Device Sync Delay
    • Ensure the device has recently synced with Intune.
    • Go to the device in Intune > check Last check-in time.
    • If outdated, manually trigger a sync from the device.
    1. Group Assignment Issues
    • If apps are deployed via nested Azure AD groups, they may not show up correctly.
    • Try assigning the app directly to a flat group or individual device to test visibility. [reddit.com]
    1. Licensing Requirements
    • Some advanced views (like real-time queries) require Intune Advanced Analytics or Intune Suite licenses. [systemcent...rdudes.com]
    1. Client-Side Logs
    • On the device, check:
      • IntuneManagementExtension.log
        • MDMDiagReport.html (via MDMDiagnosticsTool.exe)
    • These can reveal sync or app deployment issues. [dellenny.com]Even though you're an Intune Admin and Global Admin, you're unable to view system applications under a device in Intune. This is a known issue affecting multiple tenants, where:
