Unable to see Client Type and Changed Type in Change Analysis

In the Azure portal’s Change Analysis (Resource Graph) view, we intermittently see ChangedBy and ClientType fields populated for some resources — but most of the time these fields are blank or display “Unspecified.” We are trying to understand why this behavior is inconsistent and if there is any way to ensure these values are always captured.
