Hello,

I’ve been trying to install Visual Studio Community 2022 multiple times. At first, the installation would start but always got stuck (the progress would freeze at a random percentage). I followed several troubleshooting steps from your official documentation, including restarting my computer and using different installer options.

However, after several attempts, I now receive this message:

“Windows Installer is not available. Please restart the system and try again.”

Even after restarting my laptop multiple times, I can no longer install or uninstall Visual Studio. The installer seems to be stuck in a loop or partial installation.

I also tried stopping and restarting the msiserver service and running the installer with the --reset command, but nothing has changed.

I’d appreciate any help to completely reset or repair Visual Studio and the Windows Installer service.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
