Exam revoked due to phone detection Request appeal and reinstatement (PL-200)

Hello Microsoft Certification Team,

My PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant exam was revoked because the system detected that a mobile phone was used during my proctored session. I would like to clarify that I personally did not use any phone during the exam.

My sister used my phone outside of my exam room while I was taking the test. I believe the system mistakenly detected this as if I was using it. I did not have any access to a mobile device during the session and followed all proctoring instructions carefully.

Please review my case and the proctoring session recording. I kindly request that my exam be reinstated or that I be allowed to retake it.
