lost soundcloud authentication

Hello,

i had a friend’s soundcloud account 30 seconds codes on my authentication app, then i had to reset my iphone for some reason, and the soundcloud codes were gone and i couldn’t get them back…

my friend contacted soundcloud support to get some help to log in his account, and they all told him to contact another support concerning the login by authentication code…

is there anything you can do to give me back the codes or disable the authentication verification on his soundcloud account ?
