I bought this new laptop computer, 2025 HP Model Number TPN-Q242. When I check for updates, it says "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". How do I get the newer version of Windows. And shouldn't a new computer come with the newer version?

When did you bought the laptop? I would refer you back to the store where you got it and ask for updated unit. This version more likely more than 6months or even close to a year already. If that is not an option the only way to update is get the Windows11 installation assistant and update it.

    You can go to: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

    • Under “Windows 11 Installation Assistant”, click Download Now.
    • Run the tool, accept the terms, and let it upgrade your PC to thef build. This keeps your files and apps intact.
