I am unable to send any emails they stay in my outbox. I can't connect to server

    Hello, thanks for reaching out.

    Are you using Outlook for Microsoft 365, Outlook 2021, or Outlook on the web? If Outlook says it can’t connect and emails stay in the Outbox, check your internet connection first, then restart Outlook and make sure “Work Offline” is turned off.

    If you’re on Outlook for Windows, go to File, Account Settings, select your account, and click Repair.

    Thanks, Sharne. Since it happens in both the Outlook app and web, the issue is likely with your account connection.

    Please check if your email is Microsoft 365 or another provider. If it’s Microsoft 365, sign out of both the app and web.

    If everything looks fine, remove your account in Outlook for Mac under Tools > Accounts, then add it again to refresh the connection.
