How do you eliminate OneDrive from your Outlook email account?

I have had an MSN e mail address for 20+ years. I have not had a need or desire for storage in the cloud. I now apparently have storage in OneDrive that has exceeded my limits and now I cannot receive emails. I want to cancel the storage and just have simple email that I can store locally. How can I do that? Or should I cancel my MSN email and just change to a gmail account?

    Hi Jay,

Thank you for posting, I am here to help you today. OneDrive Storage and Outlook storage are separate services, but they are both part of your Microsoft cloud storage. Are you referring to remove or delete your OneDrive account?.

For the meantime try this steps:

    Check your internet connection:

If you see a Working Offline, Disconnected, or Trying to connect status in the Outlook status bar, it indicates that there is a problem with your internet connection.

Check if your inbox is full:

Your Outlook inbox may be filled with large amounts of emails and has reached the storage limit. You can delete some of them to get more storage space.

we look forward to your response ,Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Jansher
