My admin account asked for a password but I don't have one, so I can't load programs.

Is your user account in Windows a full administrator account on the PC, and if not, is there another user account on the PC that is a full administrator account?

Click your Start Button, then just type netplwiz and press Enter, does that utility open or are you blocked by an administrator, if it does open, please provide a screenshot of that utility, and if your Email address appears in the screenshot, please hide it.
The Admin account does not have a password, another user is regular account. "Netplwiz" command prompted the request for "Admin password" which I don't have.
I've tried CMD commands, lusrmgr.msc command, I think I'm have to reinstall.

Thanks Dave I reinstalled Windows 11 from .iso, weird it still had my admin name but allowed me to add the password. Luckily I hadn't got too far customizing all the apps.
