Hi All,

I had previously activated a Pay-As-You-Go subscription, but I am currently unable to see it. I would like to continue using the same subscription and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Try elevating your access to all Azure subscriptions by using the method outlined here: https://free.blessedness.top/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin?tabs=azure-portal%2Centra-audit-logs

Hey there, Jagannath Badam (WIPRO LIMITED)

Please can you sign into the Azure portal here: https://portal.azure.com

Once you have signed into your account, please can you click onto 'Cost Management + Billing' (You may need to search for this using the search bar).

User's image Once you have clicked onto this service, it will load the service on the screen. This is where you can manage your costs, view your subscriptions and resources all in one place.

Please scroll down to the subscriptions table.

    User's image

Do you see the Azure pay as you go subscription listed on the table?

From this page, you can click onto the subscription to bring up the subscription details. It should be that the subscription shows as 'Active'

If you don't, then you should be able to click onto it and open the subscription. You may be able to activate it again through the portal.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
