May I ask if your internet speed is working properly on your other devices? Have you also tried different cables?
Let's first try to reset network components.
Click Start, then type cmd.
Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator".
In the Command Prompt window, type one by one:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Then, restart the computer.
Let's also check if there are any third party services that's conflicting your network drivers.
Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab.
Check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all.
Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.
In Task Manager, disable all startup items.
Close Task Manager, then click OK in System Configuration.
Restart your computer.
