can't get verification code

i can't authenticate with Authenticator nor get any verification code.
From start, it ask to authenticated

Hey there, fabric admin

Please can you open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. When you are on the first screen, where it is providing you with a code, please can you swipe down in the Authenticator app to force the app to refresh.

Once the app refreshes, it should provide you with a box to enter the code you are seeing on the screen, then verify it is you who is trying to sign into your account.

For the code it is asking you in the second image above, you must click onto your account in the Authenticator app. This will display a 6-digit code for you to use to sign into your pesonal account. If it is a work account, it will display an 8-digit code.

Actually, my main account is from ******@outlook.com. this main account has MFA/2FA from microsoft 360. All along, i've no issue to login into Azure portal for my training or exploration. It never ask me to enter code (2nd screenshot) during login. My authenticator only ask me to select the matching code (the 1st screenshot).
Last 2 weeks i login with my main account, i created another account called "fabric admin". Fabric admin has MFA/2FA. After that, i can't login into main account as it asking me for additional "Enter code". I did like that you said swiping down to refresh. But Authenticator (Microsoft) said "No notification found". I kept trying to swipe down also no notification found.

somehow my main account ******@outlook.com is 8 digits while my fabric admin is 6 digits

Does your Fabric account have admin rights over your tenant?

With the code, when you enter the 8-digit code into the box, does it allow you access?

To get that code, please click onto your personal account when using Authenticator.

That is right, I doublechecked mine. It is the other way round. Personal accounts are 8-digits and org accounts are 6-digits.

I am having the same issue but when I try to refresh it it still will not open a box for me to type a code. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it is still doing the same thing.
