I renewed my subscription to Microsoft 365 suite, but I'm still receiving the message that I have not renewed my subscription. I have not figured out how to contact someone to get this straightened out. Any suggestions?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, does the expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription correctly show your new subscription?

    If so, open Word, at the top, log out of Office, restart your PC, then log back into Office to check if Office now sees your new subscription is active.
