When an email is not sent successfully, you will receive a non-delivery report (NDR).

Do you receive any of this? If yes, please provide the exact NDR message.
If you are not the IT admin of your organization, please raise this concern to them.
Ask them to verify your domain appears as Healthy in the Microsoft 365 admin center at Settings > Domains (double check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
