outlook new email problem

Problem just started after running Outlook New for a while. I can send emails between my email accounts in Outlook New. Also I can send emails between Gmail and my Outlook New accounts. I am however not receiving emails from other senders. My internet provider assures me there settings are all working well. Any ideas why this is happening?

    Hello,

    One possibility is that Outlook.com may have automatically deleted the email on the server side after identifying it as spam.

    Other email providers are also adopting similar spam filtering policies, so this behavior is becoming more common.

    As a workaround, try receiving the email using a non-Microsoft email account, such as one provided by your Internet service provider.
