Cannot submit Microsoft Rewards support request form

Hello. I am a Japanese citizen residing in Japan. I wish to submit a support request using the Japanese-language Microsoft Rewards support request form from here in Japan. However, despite correctly entering all required fields, I continue to receive the message “Please fill out the form correctly.” I have tried multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome) and cleared my cache, but the issue persists. Since I cannot sign in to use my points, I simply wish to contact Microsoft Rewards support who can understand Japanese. Please contact me directly via email regarding how to proceed.     There may be an issue with your current Microsoft account.

    If possible, try creating a new Microsoft account (for example, one ending in @outlook.jp).

    When contacting support, explain that you're unable to submit a Microsoft Rewards support request using your original account, and try submitting the request using the new account instead.

    If you're still unable to submit a request, there may be a temporary issue with the Microsoft Rewards support system.

    In that case, please wait a day or two and try again.
