Did you use the same Microsoft account to complete the purchase and to sign in afterward? Please check your order status at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/ordersto confirm if the payment shows as completed.
If it does, sign out, clear your browser cache, and sign back in with the same account. If the subscription still does not appear, contact Microsoft Support at https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing so they can link your subscription to your account.
