I purchased MS11 Home from the Microsoft store, but haven't received an activation key?

Hi, I ordered Windows 11 Home from the Microsoft store and received the confirmation email. The email did not have the activation key, and I have not received any further details. I have looked at my account which shows the purchase - no activation key is present on my account either.

I tried to go through Microsoft help, but that seems like a roundabout of no answers. I can't find a way to email or call Microsoft to assist.

    Hi James, thanks for reaching out. Did you buy Windows 11 Home as a digital download through your Microsoft account or a boxed copy? If it was digital, the product key is usually tied to your Microsoft account instead of being emailed.

    Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services to confirm if the license shows as “Windows 11 Home.” If it’s listed but no key appears, contact Microsoft Store Support through support.microsoft.com/account-billing, choose “Contact us,” and give your order number so they can verify and send your activation details.

    Thanks. Since your PC is linked but not activated, contact Microsoft Store Support with your order number. They will confirm your purchase and help reissue your Windows 11 license.
