Can’t access email as Authenticator application is not working on the new phone

I got a new iPhone and I factory reset my old phone before setting up emails and Authenticator app on the new phone. When I tried to login to my email, it says ‘wrong password’. Without the Authenticator app, I can’t even reset the password. The recovery code to my alternative email is not enough because I have 2FA set up and it needs the code from my Authenticator app. I’m really stuck and I use this as my primary email. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Really not sure what can I do here and a lot of personal and work related stuff are attached to this email. Is there a Microsoft paid service I could use to fix this issue?
