How to fix local delivery email bounce in the same domain?
I have registerd my email account with M365 through godaddy and my email server is configured with Zoho (MX, TXT, SPF are all configured with Zoho) with other two more emails users. I have setup the spilit delivery in Zoho for the email registered with M365 by adding the M365 MX record in Zoho server. From outlook, i hv configured my M365 email account and i can send email to any other email accounts on different domain but not the same domain different email accounts. It is bouncing back with the error "RecipientNotFound; Recipient ******@xxxx.com not found by SMTP address lookup". But the recipient email id exists in Zoho. My M365 email account can receive the email from that email account in Zoho but not able to send as outgoing email. pls advise.
