Publisher file to PDF file maintaining page size

I need to export a 7 x 7 publisher file to a 7 x 7 pdf file. I cannot figure out how to do this.

    1. Open your Publisher file.
    2. Go to Page Design → Size → More Page Sizes…
    3. Confirm the page width and height are 7 × 7 inches. Adjust if needed.
