my account was hacked, deleted, and changed it lost all of its data and licenses for minecraft

Hi, i'm looking for a way i could contact microsoft about a hacking issue and lost data issue, for context my account got hacked recently (6 days ago) i installed an app for a game and desactivated my anti-viruses and the next day they hacked all of the accounts and apps i control across the internet, i dont know how, even tho i know a lot about tech and because of that i was able to recover all of my stuff except my account from microsoft and my minecraft account. after the hack i recover all of my google accounts affected and games, i turned on all of my anti viruses and now im safe but i still can't recover my microsoft lost data and account and my minecraft account, i am now going to explain what happend to it; for what i know or think what happend because microsoft is very complicated they somehow got access to my microsoft account and deleted it and changed the email of the minecraft account to a fake and fraudulent russian mail they did this all of this instantly and they didnt even notify me the hacker just bypasses all of the security undecteded somehow and my account was deleted wihout acting as a closed account with a grace period, it was like it never existed, still i have old mails of my activity in that account and photos, and my pc was still connected to that account even tho it didnt exist for microsoft, so i couldnt reopen the account and i just made it again to see if now i could do atleast something and i couldnt because it acted as a new account it didnt have any licenses like i used to do and it wasnt linked to my xbox account that was also linked to my minecraft account but atleast my xbox account still existed but i cant access it. so i just made it again and made another account for xbox and microsoft so i could do the variuos forms but they didnt help i didnt have the information needed like the need for example an xbox console enven tho i filled most of the forum. so please i have so much evidence that i was hacked and so much proof that i own my minecraft account and i haven't found any way that i could ACTUALLY talk to microsoft support.
