I do not get any sound from my audio device.

I used to have sound coming out of the speakers but I must have clicked a wrong keyboard button accidentally. I can't remember which one I clicked.

When I go to System/Sound/All Sound Devices/Properties, I test the output setting. The volume bar moves up and down but yet I can't hear a sound coming out.

What do I need to do to adjust this?

    Hi, good day!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally hit a key that muted your sound or switched your audio output. Let’s try a few quick things to bring your speakers back to life:

    • Some keyboards have a mute key (usually with a little speaker icon). Try pressing it once. On some laptops, you might need to hold the Fn key while pressing one of the F1–F12 keys that has a speaker symbol.
    • Press the volume up key a few times, just in case it’s turned all the way down.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
