Task bar popping up behind application window

Why is the auto hide task bar now popping up behind application window rather than in front of it? Not being able to see the task bar defeats the purpose of the auto hide function. How soon will this function be restored?

    Hi ,

    Well apparently this is a bug, many users are having the problem, you can fix it using third party software, currently there is no confirmation that the taskbar will remain in the background.
