I am required to give a Authenticator verification code to change my MS password, but I am not receiving one, and I am not seeing codes in Authenticator.

I am required to give a Authenticator verification code to change my MS password, but I am not receiving one, and I am not seeing codes in Authenticator.

I get codes for accounts that I have set up, but not for my MAIN account. I can't sign in to Microsoft and make any changes to my account.

    Hey there, KimK

    If this is a work account, please can you try signing into your account here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/

    Then navigate to security to change your password.

    If the code still doesn't show on the Authenticator app, please can you open the Authenticator app and swipe down when the code it is asking for is displayed. This will force the app to refresh and display the code.
