If this is a work account, please can you try signing into your account here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
Then navigate to security to change your password.
If the code still doesn't show on the Authenticator app, please can you open the Authenticator app and swipe down when the code it is asking for is displayed. This will force the app to refresh and display the code.
