PSN Minecraft account associated with an email I do not remember, can't find a way to see it so I can log in. Gamertag says it doesn't exist.

Years ago when it became required to add a Microsoft account to play Minecraft Bedrock on PlayStation, I tied it to some email of mine. This wasn't a problem until recently when I was force signed out and can't log in. When I tried signing in with my main email I get in game "Please sign in with the previously connected Microsoft account, *(my gamertag)" but if I try to sign into Microsoft with the gamertag I get an error saying the gamertag doesn't exist. So far the only options I see are dealing directly with support to see if they can tell me the email address only, so I can attempt to sign into it. Or have them disconnect the Microsoft account to my Minecraft PSN account and link a new one. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, you cannot link a new Microsoft account on the PSN that has already connected to a Microsoft account, even unlink them, it will only as for the previous Microsoft account and vice versa. The only way is to recover the account that was connected to your PSN.

Please try to find your MS account and input the Phone number. Also, try checking all of your email addresses and see if you can find the purchase receipt or emails that are connected to your Minecraft account. If you could find it, that would be the connected email of your account.

If you still cannot find your account, I suggest requesting support from Minecraft if they can help you find the connected account of your Minecraft.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!
