How to locate/ remove an unwanted fps counter on my screen

I appreciate any help... I have a fps counter on the top right of my screen that I cant get rid of. I have checked through Nvidia and it isn't that.. Screenshot (1)_edited

    Hi,

    It is an FPS or Metrics Overlay. Please try the following solutions below to turn it off.

    1. Xbox Game Bar
    • Press the Win Key + G. Click the Performance icon and then check if it was not pinned.
    1. If you have AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition
    • CTRL + SHIFT + O for Toggle Performance Overlay. If it doesn't work, please refer to this page for alternative solutions.
    1. If you have NVIDIA GeForce Experience
    • ALT + R or ALT + Z for Performance Overlay.
    1. If you have Steam or other platforms or apps who had a Performance measure feature, please disable the performance overlay.
