I was locked out of my hotmail account because it was hacked. I no longer have access and have given up trying after 5 months. I created a new outlook account and I would like to change my office package to this account.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Just to clarify, when you say you’d like to change your Office package to your new Outlook account, do you mean:

    1. You have an active Microsoft 365 subscription under your old (hacked) account and want to transfer it to your new one?
    2. Or, you have a one-time Office license (like Office Home & Student) that you’d like to reassign to your new account?

    About the hacked account:

Please try searching for your account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c

    • Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.
    • If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know so I can better assist you.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
