PLEASE HELP

I am trying to get our new windows 11 computers to talk to our work program and have been failing to no end.

Every time it asks for Windows Security Sign In Credentials. We put the information in, and it insists that it is the wrong username and/or password, but we literally just made it and have it written down. Not typed wrong or anything. But will not let us proceed.

I have googled and tried all the ways to work around it and nothing is letting us pass this pop up. Therefore only one desktop is able to do the work of all of our receptionists.

Can someone tell me how to fix this! Please. Or how to contact support because I call and the machine picks options I am not saying.

    Hi ,

If you have a pin configured on the Microsoft account you are using on the 3 machines, if so, deactivate the pin, just keep the password and do this configuration.

Go to the start menu > settings > network and internet > ethernet or wifi network > select Private mode.

Then go back to the previous menu and select advanced network settings > advanced sharing settings.

Mark Network discovery File and printer sharing.

In the Tab all networks Check Share public folders.

    Uncheck Password protected sharing.

All that has already been done.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
