orchestration check box

i am developing a copilot agent using copilot studio, now there is the orchestration check box, where i turn it off, then i added 4 topics, which get called as follow:-

1. if the user ask for software problem
2. if the user ask for hardware problem
3. if the user ask to submit a ticket
4. if the user ask for regulation question

now even if the orchestration is tuned off, the agent was smart enough to call the correct topic based on the user question,, so what does orchestration do ? if turning it off still allow the agent to dynamically call the correct topic
