My Microsoft account was hacked

Hi, so my microsoft account has been hacked/compromised around 3-4 months ago so i had got in touch with the support team, the person i had called said that he would data transfer all my data from my old account to this account im making the forum on now, it has been 2 and a half months from that call and the only things ive had back is info i had to give to confirm its my account one of the questions was billing records ,which we dont have anymore as the bank we use only goes back 5 years and i got the account 8 years ago when i got my first xbox, i had filled the questions in and they said they will ask their account engineer person to see if they could do something i had also asked if it was easier for them to just give me the login details to the account and they responded with 'our policies on when your account was made doesnt allow us to do that' and then said they would deactivate the account so the hacker couldnt do anymore with it which they still havent done beacause the email on the account has changed for the 3rd time i asked if they could do data transfer instead and they said they cant as they are 'deactivating my account' i messaged them back asking for gift cards to buy the games i had back, i had arround 200$ of games on the account and realy rare acheivments and items on some games that are impossible to get now, and they havent responded so i have lost my trust in microsoft and dont think i will ever purchase anything again unless they follow through.

    Recently, the Xbox team have implemented a form that users can complete if their Xbox account has been compromised. As the support team haven't followed through with deactivating your account, and your account is still active, please can you complete this form here: https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount

    Please enter as much information as possible for this form. This gets sent to the account safety team who can investigate what has happened.     The only thing you may struggle with is the email part.

    With how the system is set up, they cannot see passwords. I know from experience when using the Entra directory at work (in the past), when a student had set a password, it doesn't list it. Instead, there is a way to reset the password. However, Microsoft are cautious when doing this and have strict policies to follow.

    As the account has not been deactivated, completing the form above may help with this. I can see how frustrating this can be.
