Have you tried logging in into Outlook web app to see if the emails are there?

To find missing Outlook emails, first check the Deleted Items and Junk Email folders, then use the search function to look across all folders. If the emails are still missing, check if the inbox is being filtered incorrectly, look in the Archive folder, review your inbox rules and blocked senders, or try recovering items from the server if they are not in the Deleted Items folder.
