Hello, i'm not able to log in into my azure account, aways see this error page, i'm not able to log in always show me this page... .i canot chante this tenant because i'm not able to login.

I'm also having the same issue. I'm being charged every month for a service that I'm not using and cont log in to report a ticket nor can I talk to someone. The 1 800 is ai and it just tells me to go online.

This is ridiculous as I never used the products and been charged for months now and I can't do anything to stop it.

If anyone has a way to stop this or help that would be great.

The error message you encountered indicates that your tenant has been inactive for over 200 days past the billing cycle, triggering Microsoft’s effort to remove inactive tenants. When a tenant remains inactive for this period, the OMS commerce system imposes a login block (AADSTS5000225). Twenty days after the login block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity

If you plan to unblock your inactive tenant, it’s essential that it has been blocked for less than 20 days. After the 20-day period, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If it has been less than 20 days since the block, please provide the following details for further assistance via private message:

Tenant ID

Email Address

Correlation ID from the recent failure

Timestamp from the recent failure

Business impact and justification for restoring the tenant, and an explanation of the impact if the tenant cannot be restored

Note: If it's a test tenant, please re-create a new tenant for testing purposes.

Hello Daniel,

This doesn't look like a standard login error, but rather an issue with the tenant's lifecycle.

To prevent millions of "phantom" tenants, Microsoft has a lifecycle policy for free tenants (which is what the aka.ms/TenantLifecycle link in your error refers to).

If there is no development activity on a free tenant for a certain period (e.g., 90 days), the tenant is automatically blocked for inactivity. This isn't a technical bug you can fix; it means the tenant itself has been disabled.
