Whenever I attempt to connect to my console through remote play, either browser or xbox app the connection will be attempted, succeed and then do everything correct except show a black screen with no audio, I've tried quite a few things including fulling resetting my console and also reinstalling the app on my pc. I have had no resolution

    Hi ,

Well, Emilly, this wouldn't be a Windows issue, but rather a console issue. Some users have reported the problem.

Try Settings - Power Options - see if the Sleep option is enabled - then Customize power options. - Uncheck "When console is off, turn off storage."

If that doesn't work, try contacting us.
