- Type Contact in the search box.
- Now click Get Help and select Contact Support or Login to Contact Support below.
- Go to the Products & Services tab and select the Microsoft 365 & Office category.
- On the Category tab, select Manage account security.
- Go to Confirm.
- You can now choose the Chat with a tech support agent option in your web browser.
Important note*: The chat support team only works during certain hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), so if the last window indicates that it is not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. *
