How to recover my hotmail email account even after sending recovery forms multiple times with no response from microsoft team?

i am trying to recover my Hotmail account through getting a phone code however system is mentioning that this service is not available at the moment. The email that is linked as a verification backup is closed, hence i tried to fill the account recovery form various times but there is no email response by Microsoft team at my substitute email

This account is 30+ years old and is linked to all my important communications with external and government websites hence it is extremely imperative to get this issue resolved on priority.

    Contact Microsoft Support

    • Visit this website: Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    • Type Contact in the search box.
    • Now click Get Help and select Contact Support or Login to Contact Support below.
    • Go to the Products & Services tab and select the Microsoft 365 & Office category.
    • On the Category tab, select Manage account security.
    • Go to Confirm.
    • You can now choose the Chat with a tech support agent option in your web browser.

    Important note*: The chat support team only works during certain hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), so if the last window indicates that it is not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. *
