Authenticator not working
Ok, I have 1 subscription to MS 365 App for business with 2 licenses (2 users).
I received from Microsoft a notice for renewal but when i click the link to renew, I enter the account,
then I enter the password and then it asks for the code.
I tried TEXT but I get and error 399287
I have a new phone with a virgin Authenticator and when I setup the account it asks for a code from Authenticator (I am busy setting it up). So, it seems I cannot register the account, I guess as it appears when I open Authenticator, but no codes are appearing.
Looks like Authenticator is blocked and when asks for code from itself nothing happens. Both on a Windows PC or on the Android, my only other option TXT on what looks like the right number gives me the error above.
Please help.
