    Hi,

The best approach is to make a new account.

Open Settings → Accounts → Family & other users. Click Add account → select Add a Microsoft account and enter the correct email address. Once added, select the new account under Other users, click Change account type, and set it to Administrator.

Sign in to this new account once to create its profile. Then sign back into the old (incorrect) account. Open File Explorer → C:\Users, open the old user folder, and copy all personal data (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc.) into the corresponding folders of the new user profile under C:\Users[new username].

After confirming all data has been copied, go back to Settings → Accounts → Family & other users, select the old account, click Remove, and confirm deletion. Reboot the system and continue using the newly created correct account.

I hope you find this information useful. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Otherwise, please take a moment to accept the answer. Wishing you good luck!
