Hello I need help as my main account is locked and I need to unlock it but the email isn't working and it wont send a code to my phone to unlock my account

So my account is locked because someone stole it and when it sends me an email to recover it on my other email account the email is dead and doesn't take me to the website to send my phone a code to reset please help if someone could unlock my account and help me reset my password it would be great and dont send me an recover email cause it says try another method every single time

    Kindly try to perform these steps to resolve an account block:

    1. Try using different devices and network services to reset your password.
    2. Wait 24 hours, but please make sure not to reset the password within that timeframe, as this may reset the cooldown.

    If the issue persists after 24 hours, try waiting exactly 48 hours before resetting the password again.
