Hi Tommi Kokonaho,
Without the BitLocker recovery key, the encrypted data can't be accessed. It means if your laptop is asking for a BitLocker recovery key and it’s not available in your company’s Microsoft account or recovery records, there is no supported way to bypass it. BitLocker is full‑disk encryption by design. So in this case, you must first, check all possible backup locations (Microsoft account, Entra ID, AD, USB, printed copy). If the key truly can't be found, the only option is to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows using bootable media. Going forward, configure Intune/Entra to automatically escrow recovery keys for all company devices.
