xbox controller stops flashing and won't pair on pc

Yesterday my Xbox controller was good and working on my pc in Bluetooth but now when i try to turn it it stops blinking and when i try pair it again it flashes for a 1 second and then stops even though it's not paired at all to anything

USB works but Bluetooth Doesn't

can someone help
