I have a problem with restoring third party accounts in the Microsoft Authenticator

I have deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app from my phone accidentally, and now when I try to use the "restore from backup" function i get a fail message saying that system is not storing the backup copy at my account and i should use a different one but this is my only account. What should i do now?
