I can't download to pdf from onedrive

I can't convert a file to pdf, I could last week. What happened? I have windows 10, is this the problem?

This situation might from a lot of reason, so I would like to ask whether you have any error message on your end? Where exactly does the conversion fail—OneDrive web, Word/Excel desktop, or “Microsoft Print to PDF”?

    If you need a guaranteed path right now: (Reference: Export to PDF error in Word 2016: "Export failed due to an unexpected error")

    1. Open the file in Word for the webFile → Save As → Download as PDF.
    2. Or open the file in Word desktopFile → Print → Microsoft Print to PDF (after re-enabling the feature if needed).

    Moreover, here are some quick checks to support you:

    1. Update OneDrive app:
    • Press Start, type OneDrive, open it → Settings → ensure you’re signed in.
    • Install the latest OneDrive: Download OneDrive.
    1. Check OneDrive storage & sync state:
    • If your account is full or stuck “processing changes,” export/download may fail. Use the guided OneDrive troubleshooter and storage guidance.
