    Hi Roger J Collado,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Thanks for sharing your concern about deleting one of your accounts, which you have made it by accident.

According to this issue, I would like to support you with the step-by-step ways to close your account:

    1. Sign in to the account you want to delete at Close Account.
    2. Verify your identity (Microsoft will ensure it’s really you).
    3. Confirm the correct account is displayed.
    4. Read and check all acknowledgment boxes.
    5. Choose a re-open window (30 or 60 days) in case you change your mind.
    6. Select a reason for closure and click Mark account for closure.

For your reference to close an account: How to close your Microsoft account

    Some note before you proceed:

    1. You cannot merge two Microsoft accounts. If you have two accounts, you must choose one to keep and close the other.
    2. Closing an account means you’ll lose access to all Microsoft services linked to it (Outlook, OneDrive, Xbox, Skype, Office, Rewards, etc.).
    3. Before closing, make sure you’ve backed up any important data (emails, files, subscriptions, BitLocker keys).
    4. If you recently reset security info, you must wait 60 days before closing the account.

Please let me know if you need any further help. I hope you can resolve your case smoothly.

    Best regards,
