Audio sounds louder after launching a game

When I launch a game the audio for my pc gets louder even though the volume level remains the same. When I watch youtube and their is a game launched I have to adjust the youtube loudness as for some reason it gets louder. How do I fix this. I have audio enhancements turn offed for my earbuds.

    Thanks for sharing this. Does the sound get louder in every game or only in specific ones?

    Try this: right-click the speaker icon, choose “Sounds,” open the “Communications” tab, and select “Do nothing.” Then go to Settings > System > Sound > Volume mixer and check that each app’s volume is set evenly. Also, turn off “Spatial sound” if you don’t use it.

    If the issue continues, update your audio driver through Device Manager or Windows Update as recommended.
