I currently use a Asus Aspire 3 laptop running Windows 11 with a touchscreen. Prior to uninstalling Roblox, everything worked fine. However, due to a drivers issues I ran into a few days ago, I had to uninstall and reinstall Roblox. This caused Roblox to think I'm on mobile when I'm not. How can I fix this without disabling my touchscreen or any other features?

Hi Alex! I'm Ben a fellow member like you here in the community.

With regards to this issue, have you tried clearing the cache of your Roblox? No need to disable the touchscreen of your device.

If not, you can try these steps:

    1. Close Roblox completely.
    2. Press Windows + R, type: %localappdata%\Roblox
    3. Delete the folders named:
      • ClientSettings
      • Downloads
      • logs
      • Temp
    4. Reopen Roblox — this forces it to redetect your environment.

Kindly try these first and if it still doesn't work, let us know here and we'll try other resolution.

Additionally! You can try updating your drivers following the steps:

    Press Windows + X → Device Manager.

    Expand Human Interface Devices.

Right-click your touchscreen driver (usually “HID-compliant touch screen”) → Update driver.

    Restart your laptop.
