Mouse scrolls multiple lines despite changing settings

Mouse still scrolls 3 lines at a time despite changing the setting. (It changes to doing 1 briefly but then goes back). I've seen others have the same issue, but wasn't able to comment on their QA

    Hi ALBERTO! Thanks for the details.

    Do you have any of these installed?

    • Logi Options+ / Logitech G Hub
    • Razer Synapse
    • Corsair iCUE
    • Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center

    If yes, open that program look for a setting called: Scroll Speed, Lines per scroll, or Scrolling rate

    Set it to “1 line” or “Use OS default”.

    Restart Windows.
