Why do I keep getting asked to log into my account repeatedly?

Each time I open my partition on the shared computer I am required to log into my Yahoo account. It then circles back and tells me to do it again.

    Regarding this case, here are some quick checks for most common issues you might consider checking it out:

    1. Turn off “clear cookies on close.”
    2. Allow cookies (or add Yahoo exceptions).
    3. Disable ad‑block/tracking extensions for Yahoo. Temporarily turn off:
      • Ad blockers, anti‑tracking/privacy extensions
      • Password managers’ “auto‑logout” features
      • Antivirus/endpoint extensions doing HTTPS inspection
      • Retest in a private window with all extensions disabled. If it works there, re‑enable extensions one by one.
    4. Fix system time. Windows: Settings → Time & language → Date & time → enable Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.
    5. Use a separate browser profile on the shared PC. Edge/Chrome: Profile menu (top‑right avatar) → Add → create a dedicated profile for your Windows account. Pin that profile to the taskbar for easy access.
