How to migrate vs2013 developed app to vs2022 - but no download of vs2019 is available. The app in vs2022 shows no errors but the form does not display. The vbproj not configured to what I see for current developed programs.
Do you mean that the form (and other files) appears in Solution Explorer and can be edited, but is not displayed when the program is running?

Your question is not clear.
A vs2013 project is using old frameworks and runtimes. Opening this project in vs2022 just updates the project file format. Before opening be sure to install the required workloads like .net 2.0 support and whatever else is required.
Maybe you want to migrate the code to new framework. This is a migration instead of updating the project. This will require code modifications. The copilot migration tool may help.
as you don’t specify the original project type or frameworks it’s hard to give much advice.
