I need to speak with someone about an order I placed on the Microsoft Store website that has been totally botched.

I ordered a Surface Pro along with 2-year protection plan, power cord and keyboard. The items were shipped and the keyboard was recevied via FedEx. UPS tracking indicated that the Surface Pro was out for delivery and then changed to "returned to sender." The Surface Pro was never delivered to my address. I cannot get anyone at UPS or Microsoft to explain to me about why it was returned. It took me over 90 minutes of seaching online just to find a way to chat with someone from Microsoft. They do not make it easy to reach them when a customer needs help with and order. It is now one week later and Microsoft has sent me numerous emails, non of which address what happened or how they can correct this. Instead of shipping another computer to me, Mocrosoft issued a partial refund and sent an email titleled "Sorry things didn't work out." Is there any way to talk with a real human being at Microsoft who can investigate and correct this issue? All I want is my the Surface Pro I ordered and paid for. This seems like an epic fail on Microsoft's part.

    Hello Edwin Miller, Thanks for posting this in our community. if you have a Microsoft account with a purchase history, you can log in at https://account.microsoft.com, go to “Order history”, select the affected order, and use the “Get help” option to initiate a support request tied directly to that transaction.

    The options they offer in the drop down for help do not fit this problem.

    Microsoft has a page with what they state are sales support phone numbers https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-microsoft-store-purchases-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0?ICID=StoreSupportHub_SalesSupport - most likely staffed during "business hours". I hope that you manage to connect with a real person there who can assist you.
